PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

To guarantee your booking, we invite you to securely pay a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total amount online. The remaining balance must be paid within 30 days prior to the arrival date, via a link that will be automatically sent to you by our online payment system.

For bookings made less than 32 days before the check-in date, the full amount will be required to confirm the reservation.

Cancellation Policy:

• The deposit paid is non-refundable.
• If the cancellation is made up to 15 days before the arrival date, 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
• If the cancellation is made within 14 days of the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Attention: The rates are based on the type of accommodation and the reservation period, regardless of the number of guests. Therefore, if fewer guests arrive than initially booked, the price will remain the same. The booked period must be fully paid, even in the case of late arrival or early departure.

Check-in and Check-out Times:

• Check-in: Check-in at reception is available from 12 pm, while key delivery is guaranteed at 5 pm.
• Check-out: Accommodation units must be vacated by 10 am, and keys must be returned to reception. It’s possible to stay inside the holiday park until 12 pm without any extra charge. After this, an additional fee will apply (for further info, please ask the reception office).

CAMPING: BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

STANDARD PITCHES
Bookings for Standard pitches are accepted with free arrival and a minimum stay of 3, 5, or 7 nights, depending on the season.

For bookings from April 5th to May 27th, and from September 21st to October 7th, no deposit is required.

To book a stay between May 28th and September 20th, an online, non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total booking amount is required.

The balance of the stay, including any extras and the tourist tax, must be paid directly at the campsite.

For bookings made less than 32 days before the check-in date, the full amount will be required to confirm the reservation.

Attention: The rates are calculated based on the accommodation unit, the length of stay, and a minimum occupancy of 2 people. The reserved period must be fully paid, even in case of late arrival or early departure. The guest is required to notify any delays or changes to the arrival time by 5 pm on the day of check-in. Otherwise, the management reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit paid.

CLASSIC AND PLUS PITCHES

Bookings for Classic and Plus pitches are accepted with free arrival and a minimum stay of 3, 5, or 7 nights, depending on the season.

For bookings from April 5th to May 27th, and from September 21st to October 7th, no deposit is required.

To book a stay between May 28th and September 20th, an online, non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total booking amount is required.

The remaining balance must be paid exactly 30 days before the check-in date via a link automatically sent by our online payment system. Extras and Tourist tax must be paid upon departure, at the reception office.

For bookings made less than 32 days before the check-in date, the full amount will be required to confirm the reservation.

Bookings for TOP pitches are accepted for 7 nights or multiples of 7, with a fixed arrival day for the entire season:

• Panorama E area: Saturdays
• Deluxe D area: Saturdays
• Deluxe A area: Sundays
• Royal C area: Sundays
• Leading A area: Sundays

CHECK-OUT CAMPING PITCHES 
Pitches must be vacated between 7 am and 12 pm. Late check-out is subject to availability, involves extra costs and must be approved by the reception office.
